The Brief:

A 5-year tender-based directive to manufacture more than 2 million training kits per year. The kits included sling bags, t-shirts, notebooks, jackets, caps, badges, and lanyards.

The Solution

Our experienced team ensured seamless supply-chain management so that the merchandise reached all the PMKVY training centers in time, across India. A dedicated CRM helpline number was set up in-house to ensure round-the-clock support to the Training Centers.
