The Solution

In addition to the FEMBoSA meet, the International conference would bring together delegates from over 60 countries. Hence, making it imperative for us make all the guests feel not far away from home.

We ensured registration desks were set up in Bangalore’s Kempegowda International Airport to assist the guests upon their arrival. Another critical gesture was ensuring there were translator booths set up at the event, so every delegate could participate in and follow the conference with ease.

The Highlights

  • We recognised that the International conference was a great place to showcase the richness of India’s cultural heritage. The Welcome dinner along with the Gala Night highlighted the country’s flamboyant culture and legacy.
