The Solution

Since the beginning, ‘range’ was a critical part of our understanding allowing the sourcing team to connect with our global network of partners. The idea was to better understand which products would fit the bill.

Over 100,000 HDMI cables were sourced, amongst several other merchandise items. The quality management team along with the Supply Chain Management workforce made finding the needle in a haystack looked very easy while maintaining both quality and speed.
